Lauren – Head Baker

Lauren is the mastermind behind kneading, mixing, and baking up sourdough loaves, gooey brownies, and sweet treats that make life just a little sweeter. What started as a passion project in her home kitchen quickly turned into a full-blown love affair with flour, butter, and all things delicious. She believes the best bakes come from quality ingredients, time-honored techniques, and a whole lot of love.

Leo – Chief Taste Tester

Leo is the real MVP of Brownies & Buns Bakery. He takes his role as official cookie taster very seriously and believes brownies should always have extra chocolate (he’s not wrong). You’ll often find him sneaking a bite or helping out in the most adorable way possible.
